Batir la manteca con el azúcar un par de minutos. Agregar el huevo y seguir batiendo hasta que se integre todo.

Forrar el molde. Si se rompe la masa, no es problema. Se pega sin inconvenientes.
Paso 5
El relleno. Mezclar todos los ingredientes, volcarlo sobre la masa, alisar un poco y cubrir con la masa restante
Paso 6
Hornear en moderado de 45 a 60 minutos, a 170°. Luego enfriar a temperatura ambiente. Recién en ese momento, llevar a la heladera.
