Ingredientes

  • 3 puñados de perejil picado
  • 1 puñado de menta
  • 3 tomates en cubitos
  • 1 cebolla en cubitos
  • 3 cebollas de verdeo picadas
  • 1 taza de cous cous o trigo burgol hidratado
  • 20 cc de aceite de oliva
  • 150 cc de jugo de limón
  • 1 pizca de sal

Preparación

Paso 1

 

Hidratar el cous cous con 1 taza de agua caliente. Mezclarlo con los vegetales.

Paso 2

 

Preparar una vinagreta con la sal, el aceite y el limón.

Paso 3

 

Condimentar y servir.

Tip

 

El cous cous puede reemplazarse por trigo burgol o quinoa.
