Pollo al limón – Norte News

Ingredientes

  • 1 pollo de 2 kilos limpio y seco
  • 2 limones
  • 4 ramas de romero
  • 2 cdas de aceite
  • Sal, pimienta
  • 50 g de manteca

Preparación

Paso 1

Cortar un limón al medio y otro limón en rodajas.

Paso 2

Colocar algunas rodajas entre la piel y la carne del pollo y medio limón dentro de la carcasa.

Paso 3

Salar el interior y exterior. Picar las hojas de una rama de romero y frotar al pollo. Colocar el resto de ramas en una fuente aceitada  junto con el pollo y una ramita adentro, junto con el limón.

Paso 4

Exprimir el medio limón restante y rociar al pollo.

Paso 5

Cortar la manteca en cubitos e introducir algunos entre la piel y la carne y con el resto frotar la piel externa.

Paso 6

Llevar a horno precalentado a 180° por 90 minutos.  Chequear la cocción y subir la temperatura para el final de la cocción, otros 20 o 30 minutos más.
