Momias de albóndiga – Norte News

Las momias son el centro de atención en la celebración de Halloween. Estas momias comestibles serán ideales para servir en la noche del 31 de octubre.

Ingredientes

  • 500 g de carne picada
  • 1 tapa de masa para tarta
  • 1 cebolla chica rallada
  • 1/2 zanahoria chica rallada
  • 1 cdita de orégano
  • Salsa de tomate
  • Kétchup
  • sal

Preparación

Paso 1

Amasar la carne con la cebolla, la sal, la zanahoria y el orégano.

Paso 2

Formar óvalos del tamaño deseado.

Paso 3

Llevar a una placa aceitada y hornear 25 minutos, hasta que estén cocidas las albóndigas.

Paso 4

Cuando enfríen envolverlas con tiras de masa, dejando un lugar para hacerlo los ojitos (cuando estén cocidas). Llevar a horno fuerte hasta que dore la masa.

Paso 5

Retirar y hacerle ojitos con una gotita de mayonesa. En el medio se puede poner kétchup o una semilla de sésamo.

Paso 6

Servirlas en bols individuales con salsa de tomate en la base.
