Mac and Cheese – Norte News

Ingredientes

  • 250 g de fideos coditos o macarón
  • 250 cc de leche
  • 2 cucharadas no muy colmadas de almidón de maíz
  • 1 cucharadita de azúcar impalpable
  • 100 g de queso cheddar
  • 50 g de queso tipo por salut o mozzarella
  • 50 g de queso de rallar
  • 1 pizca de pimentón dulce
  • Sal y pimienta recién molida, a gusto

Preparación

Paso 1

Cocinar la pasta y reservar. Diluir bien el almidón en la leche fría y agregar el azúcar impalpable. Mezclar y llevar a cocinar a fuego medio/bajo en la cacerola.

Paso 2

Mezclar hasta 2 minutos después de que hierve. Bajar el fuego, condimentar e integrar.

Paso 3

Volcar los quesos (el cheddar y el por salut cortados chiquito) y mezclar hasta que se derritan bien y se forme la salsa,

Paso 4

Agregar en la cacerola los fideos y mezclar con espátula para que se embeban por completo en la salsa de queso.

Paso 5

Servir y, si se desea, espolvorear con ciboulette picada.
