Hummus de palta – Norte News

Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de garbanzos
  • 2 paltas chicas
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 2 cucharadas de jugo fresco de limón
  • 1 diente de ajo
  • Sal, pimienta y comino

Preparación

Paso 1

Hidratar los garbanzos en agua y dejarlos 8 horas. Luego, hervirlos hasta que estén cocidos.

Paso 2

Procesar los garbanzos cocidos y escurridos y agrega el ajo, el aceite de oliva, el jugo de limón hasta que quede una pasta homogénea.

Paso 3

Condimentar con sal, comino y pimienta a gusto.

Paso 4

Cortar la palta en cubos y sumarla. Volver a procesar.

Paso 5

Servir con un chorrito de aceite de oliva por encima.
