Huevos escoceses – Norte News

Los huevos escoceses son una sorpresa. Parecen una simple croqueta, pero al cortarla la yema está líquida, la clara cocida y se puede descubrir una fina capa de carne.

Ingredientes

  • 400 g de carne picada
  • 1 cebolla picada
  • 6 huevos chicos
  • Sal, pimienta, nuez moscada
  • 2 cdas de perejil picado
  • 1 taza de harina
  • C/n de pan rallado
  • Aceite para freír.

Preparación

Paso 1

Colocar en agua hirviendo 4 huevos por 6 minutos. Retirarlos y colocarlos inmediatamente en agua con hielo para cortar su cocción. Reservar.

Paso 2

En un bol, mezclar la carne con la cebolla. Condimentar con sal, pimienta, nuez moscada y el perejil.

Paso 3

Amasar muy bien y dividir en 4 partes iguales.

Paso 4

Con la manos húmedas, tomar una porción, moldearla y aplastarla para colocar en el centro uno de los huevos pelados. 

Paso 5

Cerrar, cubriendo todo el huevo con carne. Pasar harina, huevo batido y pan rallado.

Paso 6

Freír en abundante aceite bien caliente unos minutos, hasta que dore y retirar sobre papel absorbente.
