Buñuelos de espinaca con alioli – Norte News

Ingredientes

  • 1 atado de espinaca
  • 3 huevos
  • 10 g de sal (o a gusto)
  • Pimienta y nuez moscada, a gusto
  • 2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
  • Ralladura de 1 limón
  • 200 g de harina 0000

Ingredientes

  • 1 cabeza de ajo
  • 1 taza de mayonesa clásica Hellmann´s

Preparación

Paso 1
Cortar la espinaca lavada. Picar los ajos y rallar la cáscara de un limón.

Paso 2
En un bol, colocar los huevos y la leche. Mezclar.

Paso 3
Finalmente, agregar la harina tamizada y volver a mezclar bien. Agregar pimienta, sal, nuez moscada y el polvo de hornear.​

Paso 4
Sumar la espinaca, el ajo y la ralladura de limón. Mezclar y dejar reposar 30 minutos la mezcla.

Paso 5
Freír los buñuelos de a cucharadas en abundante aceite caliente. Luego secarlos en papel absorbente.
