Bifes a la portuguesa – Norte News

Ingredientes

  • 350 g de bifes
  • 1 papa grande
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1/2 morrón rojo
  • 1 zanahoria
  • 1/2 taza de arvejas
  • 1/2 taza de perejil picado
  • Sal y orégano, a gusto
  • 1 diente de ajo
  • Salsa de tomate
  • Caldo

Preparación

Paso 1

Cortar en trozos del mismo tamaño la cebolla, pimiento, zanahoria y papa. Picar el perejil y el ajo.

Paso 2

En una olla a fuego medio agregar 4 cucharadas de aceite. Dorar los bifes. Retirar.

Paso 3

En la misma olla saltear la cebolla y ajo. Agregar el pimiento y zanahoria. Salar y condimentar a gusto.

Paso 4

Cuando todo está tierno agregar la salsa de tomate, la papa, los bifes. Cubrir con caldo o agua caliente. Tapar y dejar cocinar aproximadamente 20 minutos hasta que la papa esté tierna.

Paso 5

Agregar el perejil y las arvejas. Servir acompañado de un rico pan.
