Tostar las rodajas de pan de semillas. Pisar la palta, sin que llegué a ser un puré y untarla en la tostada.
Paso 2
Rociar con aceite de oliva extra virgen y unas gotas de jugo de lima, y condimentar con sal, pimienta negra y una buena cantidad de pepperoncino, si se desea picante.
Paso 3
Poner agua a hervir. Cuando esté en punto ebullición sumergir el huevo y dejarlo por 6 minutos. Retirarlo y enfriar en un bol con agua con hielo.
Paso 4
Cascar el huevo cuidadosamente y colocarlo sobre la tostada con palta. Servir.
