El entrenador de Newell’s Old Boys, Gabriel Heinze avisó anoche, luego de la derrota frente a Boca Juniors en la Bombonera que el «próximo partido ante Defensa y Justicia en Rosario será el último como técnico de este equipo».
La mala campaña de los rosarinos, que ayer se quedaron definitivamente sin chances de acceder a la Copa Sudamericana del año próximo, precipitó la salida de Heinze, que pese a ser uno de los ídolos ñulistas, en el pasado encuentro por la Copa de la Liga con derrota frente a Sarmiento en el Parque de la Independencia fue insultado por los hinchas «leprosos».
«Me duele no haber hecho felices a los hinchas de Newell»s . Pactamos con los dirigentes que dirigiré el último partido en Rosario contra Defensa y Justicia y después me voy», confirmó el «Gringo».
«Después de Defensa y Justicia me pondré a pensar en mi futuro. Pero este no es el momento de hablar de eso, y mucho menos de alguna posibilidad en Boca como me preguntaron recién», refirió en la conferencia de prensa post partido ante la consulta de un periodista.
