En el marco del plan de asfaltado de 104 cuadras en barrios y localidades del Partido de Luján, avanzan los trabajos de pavimentación de 9 cuadras en barrio San Cayetano. Se trata de las cuadras comprendidas por calle Sor Josefina entre Pascual Simone y Udaondo, y calle Castelli entre Sor Josefina y Alvear.
Las obras tendrán un impacto trascendental para los barrios involucrados, facilitarán ingresos, favorecerán la integración e interconexión del barrio, fortalecerán la seguridad en la zona y mejorarán el acceso de los vecinos a los servicios públicos.
Los trabajos prevén la construcción de un asfalto de hormigón con cordón cuneta y actualmente se encuentran en etapa de movimiento de suelo y preparación de la base.
Las siguientes pasos incluyen el agregado de 50 centímetros de tosca y una base de suelo cemento de 15 centímetros, para finalizar con el volcado de hormigón de 15 centímetros y la construcción de cordones integrados.
El plan de asfaltado de 104 cuadras en el Partido de Luján implica una inversión de 220 millones de pesos y alcanzará un total de 21 cuadras de hormigón y 83 cuadras de pavimento flexible -distribuidas en 20 barrios y 4 localidades-.
