Como todos los años, el municipio de Malvinas Argentinas conmemoró el Día del Inmigrante con una celebración a la diversidad cultural. El evento “Fiesta cultural” se realizó en las inmediaciones del Palacio Municipal. Estuvieron presente la secretaria General, Noe Correa; el subsecretario de Políticas Poblacionales, Lucas Castagneto Herrán; el director de Población, Flavio Turné; el responsable de la Unidad Estratégica Poblacional, Mauro Gabriele; y la directora de Políticas de Población, Ivanna Copa.
Noe Correa dijo: “Junto a Leo (Nardini), autoridades del Gobierno provincial y distintas comunidades de Malvinas Argentinas nos encontramos para revalorizar la diversidad cultural y celebrar el Día Nacional del Inmigrante”.
El encuentro de tradiciones de este año contó con la participación de once comunidades migrantes: comunidad japonesa, peruana, árabe, venezolana, afrodescendiente, alemana, italiana, boliviana, paraguaya, quechua y egipcia. Cada una de ellas presentó sus estilos de danzas, sus comidas típicas y artesanías de cada región.
“Compartir experiencias y tradiciones para fortalecer lazos es una de las premisas más enriquecedoras que tenemos. Somos todos iguales y vale la pena cada encuentro que genere visibilidad”, concluyó Noe Correa.
