La Municipalidad de Escobar pondrá en marcha los talleres del programa Escobar Saludable, que comenzarán a dictarse en todas las localidades del distrito. Dichos encuentros tienen como objetivo revertir y prevenir a través de la actividad física, el asesoramiento médico, y la incorporación de hábitos alimenticios saludables, las enfermedades relacionadas al sedentarismo, falta de información sobre el ejercicio y comida inadecuada.
Coordinada por el Centro Integral Saludable, esta iniciativa se brindará de manera gratuita a vecinos y vecinas y también en comedores comunitarios. Entre algunas de las temáticas que se abordarán se encuentran la hidratación, la inocuidad de los alimentos, higiene postural y distintos talleres de cocina saludable.
La primera jornada será este viernes 31 de marzo a las 19.30 horas en el estadio Águilas del Plata, ubicado en El Ceibo y El Colibrí, Maquinista Savio. Las personas interesadas en participar del Centro Integral Saludable pueden en inscribirse en www.escobar360.escobar.gob.ar.
